Today, I was working at my job at a kid's Halloween festival, giving out candy. A kid about five years old comes up wearing a wizard costume over a dinosaur costume. I ask if he is a dino-wizard for halloween. His response, "I'm just dressed like a wizard. I'm always a dinosaur." Best kid ever. MLIA.

have i told you how I watch movies with my family over ichat?

oh, it’s awesome. I’ve done it 4-5 times. It seems totally geeky, but it’s actually really fun.

I get on the phone with my brother (we only do this when he’s home with his macbook with the camera in it) and we go to the video store.. me to my blockbuster and he to his. We walk around and pick a movie we both wanna see that’s in stock in both stores.

Then we go home, and we watch it with ichat running so we can see each other… sometimes we talk about stuff while it’s going, or we just laugh or whatever.. On his side, it’s usually somewhere where I can see my mom and dad, too.

It totally feels like you’re there. It takes a little trial and error to get it synced, but when I turn it off at the end, I feel sad like I just left home after a visit.

You should try it!
